A quick guide to using askapunk.nz
From the homepage, click +ADD EVENT.
Title - add your gig title (this is a good place to add if its 18+ or AA).
Where/Address - add venue names (if there is one) under 'Where'. New venues can also be added from here, you will just need to add the physical address (search using the geolocation option).
Online locations - this can be used as another place to add your ticketing link.
Dates - for single events use "normal". For multiday events (e.g. 2 day festivals), use "more days" and use the description section to outline start and end times for each date.
Media - poster size limits are 10mb.
Tags - this is where you add your bands (check if a tag already exists) and where you tag for All Ages, International, and regional location of the gig.
You can still tag your city or town, but only some key towns are linked to the regional filter - to ensure your gig shows up when people filter from the home screen, also use regional tags -[reo maori name + english name] e.g. Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.
